Do you have experience with coordinating a variety of events, both on site and off site, scheduling and multi tasking? Have you always thought about supporting a dynamic HR department? Our client, a large organization involved in the healthcare industry and located in Westchester County, NY is searching for an Administrative Assistant in their fast paced and very employee centric HR department. DOE: $70-95K + bonus potential + comprehensive benefits.

This position is open due to company growth.

  • Coordinates, implements and communicates HR activities/projects
  • Partners with various departments to coordinate company-wide events
  • Oversees the recruiting process for temporary employees - reviewing resumes, screening candidates, on-boarding, etc.
  • Prepares new hire kits & drafts offer letters
Ideal Candidate Must Have
  • 5+ years' administrative experience preferably supporting HR Department
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Pro-active attitude!
  • Strong MS Office Suite skill set
